PRICES

Electricity, heated and Wifi/Internet connection are included in the price.

Only the day taxes is not included.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURES

Occupation of rental is permitted from 4.00 pm till 8.00 pm.

In case of late arrival, please, inform the personne in charge of your arrival.

Occupation of rental must be vacated before 10.00 am.

BOOKING'S CONDITIONS

All reservations are guaranteed by deposit equal to 25% of overall fee payable by bank transfer.

As soon as the deposit will be credited, your reservation will be confirmed by fax or e-mail.

CANCEL'S CONDITIONS

All cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.

More than 45 days before the expected date of arrival, the down payment is refunded less bank charges (3.4%).

Between 45 and 30 days before the expected date of arrival, the down payment will not be refunded.

Less than 30 days before the expected date of arrival, the total fee must be paid.

In the case of reduced stay or "no-show", the total original fee must be paid.

PAYMENT - CAUTION

Payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Payment may be made in the form of cash (Euros) or bank transfer.

The caution of 500 € is provided by credit card.

ANIMALS

Animals are not accepted in the rental.

End stay cleaning: 60 € / Les Barmés - 80 € / Les Sureaux

Bed linen: 20 € / bed
